Makeip Co., Ltd. EC Store Terms of Use

Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. These terms and conditions stipulate the conditions for use of the EC store (hereinafter referred to as "this Store") operated by Makeip Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company").
2. Users of this Store (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use this Store upon consent to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without obtaining the consent of the User. The changed Terms shall come into effect from the time they are posted on the Store, and the User shall comply with the changed Terms.

Members shall be responsible for properly managing their own IDs and passwords, and shall not allow a third party to use them, or transfer, lend, provide as security, etc. Even if a member suffers damage due to insufficient management of IDs and passwords, errors in use, unauthorized use by a third party, etc., the Company shall not be liable in any way.
6. Members may cancel their membership at any time by following the procedures specified by our company.

1. Users must confirm the details of the product posted on the Store and the purchase procedure page before making a purchase.
2. Users shall pay the purchase price of the product in accordance with the method specified by our company.
3. The sales contract will be considered to be established at the time when our company sends a notice of acceptance (such as an order confirmation email) of the user's purchase application.
4. Our company may cancel or revoke the sales contract if any of the following conditions apply.
   • If the user violates these terms and conditions
   • If the Company determines that the User's ability to repay is questionable
   • If the product cannot be secured due to reasons such as out of stock or sales ending
   • Any other case in which the Company determines that it is inappropriate to conclude a sales contract
5. Ownership of the product will be transferred to the user at the time our company completes the shipping procedures for the product, or at a time separately determined.

1. The delivery method and shipping fee for products will be specified on each product detail page and purchase procedure page of the Store.
2. Delivery of products is limited to addresses within Japan.
3. The number of days required for delivery may vary depending on the region and delivery conditions. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to delivery delays.

1. Returns and exchanges of products shall be in accordance with the separately specified "Returns and Exchanges" provisions.
2. Users must fully understand the contents of "Returns and Exchanges" before purchasing products.

1. Any act that violates laws, regulations or these Terms of Use.
2. Actions that go against public order and morals
3. Any act that infringes on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, credibility or other rights or interests of the Company or any third party.
4. Any action that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of this Store.
5. Using the Store for any illegal purposes
6. Providing false information
7. Sending or writing harmful programs or data
8. Unauthorized use of ID or password, or allowing a third party to use it
9. Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

1. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, change, interruption, suspension, discontinuance, or unavailability of the Store, or for any damages resulting from any of the above.
2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, safety, usefulness, etc. of the information posted on this store.
3. The Company shall not be liable for any disputes that may arise between a User and a third party as a result of the User's use of the Store.
4. If a user incurs damages due to reasons attributable to our company, our liability for compensation shall be limited to the price of the goods, etc. in the transaction in which the damage occurred, except in cases where the damage is due to our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
5. We are not responsible for the content or use of third party websites linked to from this store.

1. Any matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be determined separately by our company.
2. Even if any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will remain in effect.
